This flag is not related with the communist party but with the Komm. Bundes Westdeutschland (KBW) (Communist League of West Germany).

These flags are not affiliated to the DKP, nor to the KPD (banned 1956). They probably are flags used by the maoist KPD/ML (Kommunistische Partei Deutschlands/Marxisten-Leninisten, Communist Party of Germany/Marxists-Leninists), founded 1970 and vanishing in the 1980ies. They were fierce enemies of the DKP!
